What do you enjoy? What makes your heartache stop? Is it spending time with your family? Maybe it's lying on the beach soaking up the sun and having a drink in your hand. Whatever it is for you, you want to experience these things and that's fine because these things bring you joy. We all wish to have more time to enjoy our lives.

Guess what, even small improvements in physical fitness are associated with a significant reduction in the risk of premature death.

Health effects of physical activity.

  • Lower risk for metabolic syndrome thanks to improved body composition.

  • Lower risk for cardiovascular disease and improved function in heart disease thanks to improved endothelial function.

  • Lower risk for cardiopulmonary disease thanks to improved blood pressure regulation.

Most people are aware that physical activity is good for health, but most people don't do it.

Write twenty ways to start moving. Eliminate from the list those ideas that do not suit you, until you find the perfect one.

Headache, stress, insomnia, anxiety, and fatigue. A collection of mental health problems. That mess inside you creates a mess in your life. Natural remedy? Physical activity. Training and exercise will improve the quality of your life.

Physical activity not only counteracts brain degeneration by diseases and age. It enhances the release of signaling substances what influences better sleep and less anxiety.

Also know that due to physical activity, your memory is improved by increasing the hippocampus volume. (Hippocampus is an element located in our brain responsible mainly for memory).

Ask yourself, is it worth it to taking care of your mental health. Will you achieve your goals if your decision-making ability is disturbed by stress and fatigue?

Regularly spending time playing together in one team helps create bonds. Working together towards a common goal is one of the most effective ways to grow a strong friendship.
