What if I want to spend some time on physical activity because I know that physical activity will improve my condition and positively affect my health? I don't like hard training or gyms. So what can I do? Let's say, for example, I like playing badminton.
What if I decide to play badminton? I can play with my friend.
What if I play with a friend? I will have a great time.
What if I will have a great time? After the game, when I get home in a good mood, I can infect my family with positive energy.
What if my family would also be in a good mood? My child will focus more easily on homework.
What if my child focuses more on homework? My child will do his homework better and get a good grade.
And so on and so on and so on.
We often don't realize it but one small change can completely change not only our lives but also the lives of other people. Let's get back to the topic.
Everybody likes something different. Whatever you like to do, take the first step, and increase your physical activity. Body, mind, and soul are connected, which is why physical activity means not only better physical health. You'll get an additional source of positive emotions. Exercise is also a great way to find an outlet for emotions.
If you put the wrong fuel in the tank of your car, you won't go anywhere. Your body works the same way. If you want energy to act, your body must have a source of energy. Not all food is the same.
If you eat a pizza, a pack of chips and ice cream, what will you do next? You will probably go to sleep because despite the fact that you provided a huge amount of calories to your body, they were empty calories and now you are tired because your body must digest it.
Provide your body with such ingredients that will give you the energy to act. Leave highly processed foods, choose natural products.
