The first step to enjoying your life is to appreciate small things. That's why every day - not from time to time, not sometimes, not when you feel you have time, but every day - write down 10 things for which you are grateful. That doesn't have to be big things. Good coffee, pleasant weather, job well-done. By doing this regular exercise, you will gradually learn to see the benefits of each situation and enjoy them.
