Return and Refund Policy
You have the right to return purchases made online or through other types of distance selling, within 14 days for a full refund. To do this contact me.

Once you receive your digital content (such as an online course download), you will lose the right to withdraw.
If for some reason, the received online course hasn't fully met your unique expectations, you have the opportunity to get a refund.
You have 60 days to submit a refund request, counting from the day of purchase.
Direct your request for a refund to my email address email@example.com, entering Refund in the title and the necessary details in the email to enable me to make a refund, such as proof of purchase and course name, if you purchased several courses at the same time. Also, attach proof that you have completed the course (e.g. notes describing your feelings and progress). You can also attach your opinion about the course.
I usually need 24 hours to process your request, but this period may be extended to 7 days.
Remember that each case is considered separately and I have the right to refuse your refund request, especially if I believe that this Refund Policy is being abused.
